Skin Laundry offers the choice between two voluntary vision plans – a Base plan and a Buy-Up plan. Both plans provide coverage for a range of vision expenses including exams, frames, lenses and contact lenses. Click the button below for more information on the Vision plans.
Finding In-Network Providers
To find in-network providers, visit member.uhc.com/myuhc and select “Find a Vision Provider.” Select “Employer and Individual Plans,” and make sure to choose the UnitedHealthcare Vision network. Enter your location and search for a participating provider.
