All eligible employees can choose from the UnitedHealthcare plan options to determine which plans best meet their needs, and the needs of their families. Finding In-Network Providers

Kaiser Permanente: To find an in-network provider, click here and enter the type of provider you’re looking for. Enter your zip code and search for a provider.

UHC: To find in-network providers, visit www.myuhc.com and select “Find a Provider.” Select “Medical Directory,” “Employer and Individual Plans,” and for the EPO/HDHP plans make sure to choose the Select network. For the PPO plans, choose the Select Plus network. Enter your location and search for a participating provider.
