Skin Laundry provides three dental plan options through MetLife for you and your eligible dependents, including dependent children up to age 26. Each plan includes 100% coverage for preventive services such as routine dental exams, cleanings and x-rays. Click any button below for plan materials and resources.
Finding In-Network Providers
To find in-network providers, visit www.metlife.com and select “Find a Dentist.” For the DHMO plan, select the “Dental HMO/Managed Care” network. For the DPPO plans, select the “PDP Plus” network. Enter your location and search for a participating provider.
