Calm App

Employees enrolled in either United Healthcare or Kaiser medical insurance plans have free access to the Calm App through their medical insurance providers.

 

Calm is the number one app for sleep, meditation, and relaxation. You can choose from hundreds of programs and activities, including guided meditations, sleep stories and mindful movement videos.

UHC Plans: Log into your myuhc.com account or access your account on your UHC app on your phone to get started.

Kaiser Plans: Get the Calm app by going to kp.org/selfcareapps and follow the instructions to download.
